Disable Font Style and Size selection in Font Dialio box

Is there any way i can disable Font Style and Size Section
that comes on Font Dialog Box.

Unfortunately, there is not. You will have to probably create your own
dialog, implementing a list of fonts yourself.

Of course, you can always just ignore the font size and the style,
informing the user that their selection of those items will not count.

Hope this helps.

What I'd like to do is to be able to set the font of a textarea element to the same font that another element is using (say, for example, an <INPUT type=text ...> element, but if that's a no go, then a generic element's font will do OK, too. What's the correct way to do this, please (so that it will also work for IE 6)? The motivation for this is that I have some text on the screen and I want to insert a textarea element between the...

I hope this is the correct newsgroup for this subject. The other day I came across a site www.safesquid.com that specified font-family:Terminal font-size:9pt in the inline css for command-line displays in the page content. On my Windows 2000 PC, Terminal is a bit-mapped font that comes in various fixed sizes. The rendering differences between Mozilla 1.7.2 (which is my default browser) and MS IE 6 (latest patches) are fully illustrated...

Please help. This is a real puzzler! Originally posted on microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.windowsforms but no answer found! I have a read-only textBox which shows the results of a selection on another form. When the selection changes from the saved data, I wish to show it a different colour. As it is read-only the ForeColor property has no effect.

Hi All; I, like others, have been frustrated with designing forms that look and flow the same in both IE and Firefox. They simply did not scale the same. I have discovered, to my chagrin, that IE7 does not seem to offer any way to control the font size of a text input element.

OK, so I have a blog. I downloaded the "theme" from somewhere and have edited a few areas to suit my needs. There are different font themes within the page theme. Long story short, my "Text Posts" are supposed to be in the font: Georgia, but they are showing up in "Times New Roman"...blah! I can't find anything wrong in the code, but who am I trying to fool? I know nothing about this stuff. The code is below. The parts that I *think*...

I was wondering if someone could help me out. I am new to jscript and I need to modify a calendar onclick event. We have a calendar which displays the dates either in green or red based upon data from a string variable: Valiable example: var t = tDate; tDate = "4/10/2009,4/24/2009,5/8/2009,5/22/2009" The code is written to find a date in the tDate string, then the day number is Green or Red. My question is that the jscript makes all...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
