Hi all
I have a script where I dynamically create multiple inputs and selects
from a script. The inputs and selects must have an associated onchange
handler.
I have the script working fine on Firefox, Safari and Konqueror, but the
onchange event just doesn't fire on IE6.
Firefox's javascript console shows no errors, and the IE script debugger
shows nothing. onchange is not triggered.

Would anyone have any suggestions/javascript code so that if one clicks
the Radio Button "Yes" below he has the option of selecting any of the
six CheckBox below. If the user clicks on Radio Button "No", he should
not have the option of clicking on any of the six checkboxes. See Code
attached. Thank you so much in advance for your help as I can't get to
make this combo work.
<p>Did you have any problems finding any of the information...

Hi,
I'm working on a JavaScript that is enabling / disabling a select
element according to whether a checkbox is selected or not.
This works fine in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer (v 6.0.2900) it
appears wierd:
When I disable the selevt element in IE, it continues to appear as
enabled (falsely) until I try changing it.
When I click on it, updates itself as grey as to indicate that it is
disabled.

Dear All,
I discovered last night that IE6 doesn't support the onchange event on
the form object. I had written some script in Firefox, and tested in
IE, and spent a long time trying to debug it, only to discover it is
not supported.
But I came up with a work around, which I post here for posterity:
Firefox version:

Hello guys,
now that I'm that I'm working on my first major 'open' forms (with
uncontrolled users I mean, not a secure backend-interface), I'd like to add
a lot of possibilities to check wether certain fields match certain
criteria, and inform the user in different ways when the data is wrong
(offcourse, this will be checked on posting the data again, but that's
something I've got a lot of experience with).
Now, offcourse it's...

Hi All;
I, like others, have been frustrated with designing
forms that look and flow the same in both IE and Firefox.
They simply did not scale the same.
I have discovered, to my chagrin, that IE7 does not seem
to offer any way to control the font size of a text input
element.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
