Adding a graphical meter on the aspx pages

hi

I have like three aspx pages.
Each page has a few check boxes.
So depending on the selection of the check boxes the meter which is a
semi circle with a pointer .(I have to build the graphical component
too)

When a check box is selected the pointer on the meter moves to an angle
to right.

This is the requirement. I have no clue as of now how to start the
meter component.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Thank you

I have an anchor using a class that defines a hover subclass. The issue is that the anchor itself doesn't have any border and when hovered it adds a border, the problem is that when it adds the border, the text gets shifted. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this issue? I would like to create a transparrent or invisible border (spacer) so that there's room for the visible border to appear when needed but I cannot seem to get it to...

Being somewhat new to Python, and having a tendency to over complicate things in my class design, I was wondering if anyone can suggest a simple graphical or flowcharting tool that they use to organize their class and program design? Because of a 55 mph head-on accident a few years back, I have short term memory problems, so flipping back and forth between pages of code is next to impossible for me to keep straight. A simple graphical...

I have a very simple website, built in FrontPage 2002, which displays static information only. I would like to add some ASP.NET web forms (providing some event registration web pages). I plan to develop the ASP.NET pages in Visual Studio .NET and then drop them into my existing FrontPage web directory structure. I would hope I can simply update my existing static web pages using FrontPage, with a link to the .aspx pages that I am...

All, Wanting to find a way to create web pages to add to my website without having to recompile the codebehind everytime I want to add a new one... Here's the deal: I have a web app that takes work orders for 7 different items, each item gets 1 page for input specs. All works well. I want to add a new item. I do not want to recompile and redistribute my app everytime just to add a new input page. Can ASPX resources be compiled into a...

Many Access Users fail to realize that it has a built-in Progress Meter that can display the relative completion percentage of various processes. It is fairly limited, but nonetheless, does provide visual feedback indicating the percent completion of a certain task. The Meter itself, when activated, rests on the left hand corner of the Status Bar and is controlled via the SysCmd() Method. It is straightforward, simple to use, and involves only...

Hello everyone. I am working on a Password Strength Meter and I am running into 1 problem that I would like to fix. When pressing the "Clear Password & Try Again" button, the password clears out of the text box, but the meter will stay at its current position until text is entered back into the textbox. Once text is re-entered, the meter will display the results again. I would like everything to reset when the button is pushed, but I...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
