Does anyone know of a working (python) https proxy which allows viewing of
unencrypted data being sent from my browser to an https site?
I've worked my way through most on the list at
http://xhaus.com/alan/python/proxies.html, but while many claim to support
https, if you actually point your browser at the proxies, they work fine for
http, but not for https pages.

I created an ASP.NET website and recently got a secure certificate.
Whenever I visit any of the pages IE says
"This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display
the nonsecure items?"
What is considered secure and nonsecure? As the developer how can I create
the pages so this message doesn't appear?

Basically we have a web method with a dynamic URL. The client is developed
in C++ and I've been using the webReference.SetUrl(
"http://test.example.com..." ) method successfully with various web method
URLs.
However, when we switched to using a secure connection, the call to
webReference.SetUrl( "https://test.example.com..." ) no longer functions.
The SetUrl() method is actually successful, but any following calls in to the

I am retrieving a web page and then taking an inside table to display as an
RSS feed. However, there are some relative URLs in there. Of course they
work perfectly fine when using IE and navigating to the page. However when
I scrape the html out, and load into a temp file, they longer work due to
the relative urls.
Is there an easy (ie a method to run over the html table or the request) to
transform the relative URLs to absolute ones?...

I have a https login page with C# code FormsAuthentication. After logging
in, my https pages recognize that I'm logged in. My http pages do not. It's
as if it's considering these pages under a different domain. Am I going to
have to make my entire site https? Any help/guidance is appreciated.

Hi,
I maintain a website for my organization. Recently, for a login page,
I started using HTTPS. It works fine with HTTPS.
The problem I face is : When a user goes to login page, he sees the
login page via HTTPS. Now, if user doesn't submit the login form but
chooses to browse some other link on the same page, that page will
still be shown using HTTPS because links are relative. This increases
unnecessary HTTPS traffic on the server.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
