how to avoid "flashing" when I reload (in a frame)

try SmartNavigation property of Page class.

Hi,

I need to update automatically data in the browser.
I have create a page with some frames and in one frame, I use this (METAHTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT='2;URL= '>) to refresh automatically.
The problem is that is see a flash each time the page is reloaded.Is there a way to stop this flash ?
Another way to update datas ?
