OLEDB to Access Native Access Type ?

Is there any API, OLEDB, ODBC, ADOX that will allow you to query the
meta data information and get the EXACT text back for the column type
of a table or view, for instance, "Text", "Memo", I don't want to map
adWVarChar and such as it's not possible to really get an extact
match.
