Hello,
I'm quite weak at PHP, so I was hoping to get some help understanding the
below code. First off, I'm trying to create a "query form" that will allow
me to display the results on my screen. I grabbed this code from the net
hoping that I could tweak it for my needs. I'm using MySQL, PHP and IIS and
they all are running fine. As the code is, it will display the form, but it
won't display my result(s). Any suggestions?

I would like help resolving this problem. I'm a novice who's been
hired to query a hospital database and extract useful information,
available to me only in a dynamically generated, downloadable .mdb.
The query below query runs correctly and without error, but any
attempt to save it causes Access to crash without a message, leaving
the .ldb file. Opening the DB reveals it saved a blank "query1".

I'm having a problem running a query. I get the "too many fields" error
message, but I only have 162 fields in the query and I thought the
limit was 255. The problem query (Query1) is based on query2 that pulls
together records from two tables. Could the problem be that some of the
fields in Query1 use expressions using (SELECT "",
"query2",">3")? The rest of the fields in Query1 just use Avg.

Is there a limitation to the number of columns you can define in the Query
Builder of a data adapter? it seems the limit is around 96. i know i can
split the query into two parts, but then it would increase the number of
total queries i have to make by a factor or 2.
i tried using Select * but that didn't work.
is this a real limit? can i work around it somehow?

I'm using Access 2000, and I don't know a lot about Access.
My data has fields that hold a code for a time period. For instance, one time period might be '2006010' and that refers to a time period in 2006. These time periods sort as text correctly (so 20060010 is always before 20060011), but numbers may be skipped (so there may be 20060012 and 20060014 but no 20060013).
