Syncronize two copies of a database - Microsoft Access / VBA

I have an Access application that I wrote for a very specific business.
They now want to put a copy on a laptop and retain the application on
their PC. Then they want to modify data on both the laptop and PC then
merge the data together making the two copies of the same, for example
at the end of the business day. 99.9% of the time the same records
would not be changed. Is this possible in Access ???

Yes but it probably won't be easy to change your existing database to
work. You will want to add GUIDs and other things. Access has a whole
replication wizard and sync wizard. Take a look through the help and
you may find everything you need.

Yes it is. It is called Replication. You'll have to change the
original database (the data portion [tables] only) to be the Master db.
Read the Access Help articles on Replication to find out how to do it.
