Access Report when exported to MS word Problems

P K
Hi,

I have an MS Access report which consists of Multiple subreports, when i
export the report to MS RTF format in few cases it leaves a Big blank
space on the sheet which is like 6 inches length, when i try to move my
cursor there,it will not allow me to move the cursor in that blank
space.

I noticed this problem appears only when the subreport has values which
goes beyond one sheet. Even when i try using the Publish to Word button
in MS access the same problem repeats

Any suggestions are welcome

Thanks
Ed

I have made a fundamental error in design and ignored security until the end of the project. This is largely because the whole process was a steep learning curve (helped enormously by this group) and I didn't know when I started (and still don't really understand), how to implement security. I have an application in two parts: - the first...

I do not get the login prompt at...

I posted a few days ago that it seems to me that the Access 2007 rich text feature does not support: a) full text justification; b) programmatic manipulation. I was hoping that someone might know one way or the other whether that was true or not, or could point me to an article or help text that would. What I have seen so far online and in...

I have seven queries that I want to output totals into one excel spreadsheet. The queries have different criteria so cannot be combined. All queries outcomes have the same three basic titles (for example, Number of items, $ Amount of items, and $ Amount Commission). I created a report to show all queries using subreports and my outcome...

I have created a report that displays the contents of large memo fields. The report must be exported to MS Word (or .rtf) so the type style and type size can be modified according to the final user's preferences. The report doesn't export as expected. When the exported .rtf file is opened in MS Word, the layout appears as it does on the report...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
