Hi, I have an MS Access report which consists of Multiple subreports, when i export the report to MS RTF format in few cases it leaves a Big blank space on the sheet which is like 6 inches length, when i try to move my cursor there,it will not allow me to move the cursor in that blank space. I noticed this problem appears only when the subreport has values which goes beyond one sheet. Even when i try using the Publish to Word button

Copying Access 2k report into a Word document

I'm after a way to copy Access Report into a Word document and still be able to edit it. Imagine a complete report (not design mode). Layout, textdata, any pictures must all be copied into worddocument and be editable. (if i want to replace the picture or widen a table) But no connections to access must exist. PDF Screenshots etc.. are not suitable. the repost MUST be editable after it has been copied into the word doc. VBA ???

One of my fields is a text field and when it is exported to excel some of the data values show up correctly and some are given by a serial number (date format).
