While converting MS Access Report to MS Word, gridlines are lost. Can any one help please? The data in MS Word should be presented with gridlines (As in a table) as in MS Access Report.

You have to output to word in snapshot format. I assume you are outputting to word in rtf, txt or doc format, Word rtf, txt or doc format will not handle gridlines, rectangles, or boxes.

The only other alternative you have is to convert yor document to PDF, which requires a totally separate process. See this link: http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/pdffiles.htm

However, the only possibility offered by Access (afaik) for me to export
formatted output is snp (snapshot) (I use MS-Office XP Prof. 2002 version).
With formatted output I mean the *exactly* output I produce from executing

Am having a problem usink AK2 exporting a report to an RTF file. The Access
report has most fields and sections set to CanShrink and CanGrow. The report
looks fine, but the ends of a number of fields get cropped. Can export to a
PDF file OK, but I can't edit a PDF file.

I have an application which produces Access Report Letters but my end user wants to be able to edit these reports in word and wants them to open up directly in word. My reports contain sub reports and I don't know how to export these whilst keeping the formatting. Can anyone help?
