I have 2 applications, one a Microsoft Visual Basic application and
the other a Java application both connecting to the same DB2 database.

I am using Access 2000 and after 3 reinstalls and 5 repairs, I am still
getting the following error message:
MSJETOLEDB40.DLL failed to register.
HRESULT - 2147024865
I found the problem file in the c:\windows\system directory. Now I know
