Word to xml Conversion Tool

Hi Team,

I am a fresh programmer, I am writing conversion tool for E Publishing industry, I am writing a software for web publishing, normally authors giving file as word format, I required to convert it based on Document Type Definition (DTD) to XML.

Please help me if anyone of you have the scripts for it or if anybody have scripts for sequencing, nesting, author names splitting, and so on.
