autopatcher aug06 winxp.........

Hi friends after installing autopatch aug06 full on my computer i restarted my comp but it doesnt seems to start again. It only shows the win xp screen and reboots.
I have tried 3 to 4 times to start it does the same. When i tried to start with safemode it reboots again.......

plz help me what to do .............

Pentium D 2.80Ghz.
D101GGC2 with latest bios update.
Ram 512MB DDR2
80GB HDD..

If you have tried all the different boot options, I would recommend using a Linux utility to backup your data, and then using an XP CD to get to the Recovery Console and try to repair the drive (there is no guarantee it will preserve your data - it's like playing Russian Roulette with your info, I've seen it work and I've seen it fail).

Just remember - this might wipe out your data!
