Hi All;
I need little help.
I have a datasheet form.
I allow user to do 'filter by selection'.
My form contains a column with values.
As user changes selections, I want to
calculate totals. I can do this the
first time the form loads.

I have a form (no underlying record set) that has two separate
sub-forms on it.
Each sub-form has data from two different tables.
Above each sub-form there is one unbound combo box with a SQL record
source that returns an ID field and a Text field.
Next to each combo box is two buttons, one that 'Applys' the filter of
the sub-form to the value in the combo box and one that 'Clears' the

I set the Response.Filter in my aspnet application but I
have noticed that if you do a Server.Transfer that the
filter doesn't get called. And in actual fact the response
is mostly empty. It seems that only scripts get rendered.
I have seen this mentioned on this newsgroup before but
with no resolution. Can anyone give any insight into this
problem. Is there a work around? Manually push the
Reponse.OutputStream through your filter after...

I am having a weird problem and I have can't figure out why it is
happening. I create an OpenFileDialog and set a filename filter. When
the dialog first opens, the filter works correctly, and only the files
I want to see appear in the file list box. When I change the filter to
one of the other filters, all the files in the list disappear. If I
then manually type a filter into the "Filename" textbox, then the files

I am facing a design issue in my code related to the
filesystemwatcher's filter property.
I figured out that the filter won't accept multiple patterns for eg.
"*.txt, *.csv" don't work.
To workaround this issue, I have 2 options:
1. To create multiple instances of filesystemwatcher class and hook all
of them to the same event handlers.
2. To use 1 instance of filesystemwatcher to listen to all files using

Hi All,
I've been using a asp-label in the HTML <headsection for quite some
time in order to dynamically generate meta-keywords,-description, css
and js references.
Though the actual HTML-output isn't that pretty (<span>'s in the
head-section...) it works fine with browsers, crawlers. It never REALLY
was an issue...

Whenever I receive an email from one of my friends, it always comes in as
phishing. I put the address in my safe senders, checked to see if I blocked
it in error (and I didn't), checked with Verizon Mail (my DSL provider) and
Nortons. No one could help me. How can I get her emails without having them
come in as phishing first?

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
