Hi Everyone,
I am working on an application at my workplace that is a classical
example of an applciation that would need middleware to connect various
applications.. but I was looking for open source / free middleware
packages, that I can use. I have done some searching over the web (
sourceforge, google ) but havent found that many open source
implementations for middleware.
I have an application that needs to communicate with other...

But, if it's not open, I don't want to open it . . . using
window.open will open it if it doesn't exist, even if the url in that
open is null (the window is then empty -- but it's open).
The situation is: A main window opens child windows one at a time as
the user requests, each with its own name. The user may click in any
child window or the main window to open a summary window, which has a
name all windows know. I want to get that...

Open Multiple New Browser Windows from ASP.NET
I'm having trouble figuring out how to open multiple new browser windows
(each one displaying something different). As you can see from the code
below, I have one ASP.NET page that has a foreach loop, and inside this
foreach loop, I was to spawn a new browser window using the second ASP.NET
page.
This doesn't work. Only the last time through the foreach loop causes a new
browser window...

Hi all,
I am thinking about doing this since I got several cases that some of our
internal users open more than one browser at the same time from our server.
When one of the transactions was not completed finished, the second browser
jusk pick up some session variables from the first browser and process right
after that. It messed up everything.
I was thinking about use remote_addr, but it seems not working since we are
behind the...

Hello.
I posted this earlier with the full code of the JavaScript file I'm trying to
open. I'm posting this again, because the file is not the problem.
I seem to be having a 'windows' problem w/ Window Script Host. While this is
more of a computer support based problem, I was hoping that someone had any
knowledge on how to resolve this situation. The error message I'm getting is:

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
