Irritating Virus or not

Hi
I have problem from a couple of years it is the runouce problem how can i solve it it cannot be deleted from taskmanager and not from regestiry can some body help me?

Hi
It slow down my computer, corrupting exe files infact i have installed my windows today and erased my all of harddrive. But after installing windows it will also remain as before. I have installed Visualbasic 2005 and office 2007 it has effected the boths exe files and now the both of them are not running.
I m just wanna get out of this.
Plz help me

you're saying that after formating your harddrive(s) and reinstalling windows the virus continue to return?

the only way for this happen is if one of your programs you are installing is interlaced with a virus and it is being installed without whatever you are trying to install.

Yeah right but i have deleted my harddrive completely means there is no virus in my harddrive and then i installed vb and office nothing else. and when i execute iexplorer this virus started.
Plz help me
