I want to make a little app that monitors cookies made by
websites when I'm surfing. I'm going to use the
FileSystemWatcher on %userprofile%\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files and %userprofile%
\Cookies. In the TIF directory there are some "special"

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
