Hello,
I work for an attorney staff, so basically the whole day they are
sending themselves a lot and a lot of papers (Word docs or Excell
sheets).
We are going to propose them the use of a Document Exchange and
Database System (like Lotus Notes or Oracle Managment Content,
formerly known as Internet File System IFS ) with .NET interfazes.
Basically the idea is that instead of sending papers the whole day,

I've written an event sink for Exchange 2000 in managed code, but have
found problems now I've come to test it.
My Exchange box needs upgrading to SP3 so I can install the Exchange SDK
tools needed to hook up the event sink. I've just noticed the SP3
documentation states that Exchange SP3 can't be installed on a server
running .Net...
I was planning on having the component I've written running on the
Exchange 2000 server. Obviously if...

My company would like to implement an online calendar that integrates
with our current website that would allow our clients to view upcoming
workshops and events. These "appointments" are currently entered by the
event coordinators into a public calendar on our Exchange 2000 server.
Our Exchange 2000 server and our Internet server exist on two different
machines and a solution cannot consist of a "server" program that
resides on the...

Aaaugh!
Okay, here's the deal.
The I/T department at my company has updated their Exchange Server to the 2003 version. Now, the e-mail forms I have created in ASP.NET all cough up the error "Could not access 'CDO.Message' object" ... (Grumble! Grumble!)
So the code I used to use no longer works:
Dim Body as String = ...
Dim mail As New MailMessage()
With mail
.To = "support@abc.com"

Hi everybody!
I'm decided to develop (at least try) a custom pop3 connector / mail
downloader for Exchange 2003. The question is simple: How do I start? I use
MS Visual Studio 2003 (VB .Net). I want to build an app which first
retrieves all mail from our ISP and then delivers it to every Exchange inbox
folder in the company. So I guess I need first to build a pop3 client and
then manage to reroute those messages to the Exchange inbox...

on my local pc. I need to run this component on our exchange 2003
server and also save the attachments to a local DIR. When the

automatically started which wants to install Outlook 2003. The
component is using mapi to access the default inbox.
What do i need to do to convert this component to run on...

Hello World:
I'm trying to build an application (using Access 2003) that will allow users
who have to perform tasks in a particular order, to notify the next person
in line when their task is complete. I'm trying to have the application
send an email to the next person upon task completion. I looked over the
info concerning emailing and Access at Tony Toews' site (thanks for that,
Tony).
I finally came up with some Visual Basic code...

Hi,
I'm using the roundup issue tracker (http://roundup.sourceforge.net)
which uses smtplib to send mail. It all worked until we moved to a
hosted Exchange MTA. The hosting provider requires the use of TLS. Now
roundup can't send mail.
My version of python is:
Python 2.3.4 (#1, Feb 6 2006, 10:38:46)

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

In this session, we are pleased to welcome a new presenter, Adolph Dupré who will be discussing some powerful techniques for using class modules.

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
