hi folks:
Does anyone know how to calculate the shipping rate on Fedex? There
was a web module to handle the web query for rate at
http://grd.fedex.com/cgi-bin/rrr2010.exe?func=Rate
Currently it is not available, I wonder if there still has a similar
module like that. I did some search on the Fedex sites and find out
they have several API and I do not know which one I should choose.
Could anyone give me some up to date idea on that?...

Hello
I would like to calculate freight online for UPS and Fedex. However I have already calculate freight for ABF, Roadway and MyYellow, because they have provided sufficient documentation of Input/Output parameters. I try to find out Documentation on Fedex and UPS, but did not find any documentation or any sample code for this.
I hope some of the guys already did this excercise, can anyone tell regarding this?

I am trying to implement talk directly to the fedex servers so i can use
there online services. I need to first establish an SSL connection then
send some information to the fedex servers and wait for and process the
response.
I have seen some code that will allow me to recieve info over ssl and some
that will allow me to send info over ssl but not both.

This is probably not the group for this but I'm not sure quite where
else to go. Does anyone know where to find the barcode standards for
FedEx shipments of all types of shipping they perform. I'm looking to
integrate this logic into a database and extract the tracking number
and priority codes from the barcodes with a scanner. I've got the
scanner working great but still need to find out what barcodes are used

Does anyone know what kind of codes Fedex uses for its barcodes and how it is
translated into the tracking number. I have a database to I use to log
incoming packages. I am able to scan any other barcodes and see the tracking
number that is on the package, but when I scan the fedex barcode I get a very
long number that does not resemble the actual tracking number. I know that
