Hello, I am trying to create a procedure to export my Access data to a word template. I would like to export data from two tables to a word file at the same time. My two tables are named CASES AND CLIENTS. The word (it is a template) is named MASTER To store data, I have created two forms named CASES and MASTER. Since both forms have a lot...

I've got an ACCESS 2000 application that I'm developing. One of the outputs of this app will be to generate a series of 'jobs' which corresponds to a record in the database. Each record will be printed on its own page which I've set up as a report and that's working fine. Accompanying each job is a Word (or Excel) document. Most jobs will...

Is there a way to export an MS Access Report to Word/Excel that looks EXACTLY like it appears in Access? When I export to Excel, only certain data appears, titles, headings... all missing. The format is not aligned... When export to Word, all my lines (table lines) are gone, making it hard to read. Thanks. Perry

At the moment the printed output is usually going to Word. It's turning into an unholy mess, because I'm having to prepare umpteen different Word...

Hi! I would like to export some MS-Access reports output to pdf. However, the only possibility offered by Access (afaik) for me to export formatted output is snp (snapshot) (I use MS-Office XP Prof. 2002 version). With formatted output I mean the *exactly* output I produce from executing my report (information is gathered from an ODBC...

Hello, I have a query set up in Access. I run it monthly, changing "date of test". I would like this query to be merged with a Word document so that the cover letter is created in Word, the fields from Access are automatically filled into the Word document. The query could be anywhere from 0-5000 names, one cover letter per name. AND to this...

I posted a few days ago that it seems to me that the Access 2007 rich text feature does not support: a) full text justification; b) programmatic manipulation. I was hoping that someone might know one way or the other whether that was true or not, or could point me to an article or help text that would. What I have seen so far online and in...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
