Hi,

Thanks for giving the quick reply.

But when we install the crystal report 4.2 the "crystal" folder is not created, but when we install the crystal report 8.0 its created. Can U tell which DLL was used for exporting the report to the HTML File?

Mahesh

I need to export a report with stored procedure parameters from ASP.NET. I cannot find any way to set the parameters from the ReportDocument object. I'm using C# on ASP.NET with Crystal v9 and SQL Server 2000. Reports without parameters export perfectly. Can anyone throw me a bone on how to do this? Thank you,

Hi, Our company has a pretty large Intranet application, it has about 200 reports that mostly utilize xml and xsl to generate HTML format. We like another option to do the reporting, specifically we desire a GUI interface to design the reports and the outputs can be exported to pdf, Excel and highly desirable MS Word documents. I know Crystal reporter and MS Reporting service can export to pdf and Excel, not sure about Word.

I have written an ASP/VB.Net application via VS 2003 (Crystal V9) that uses MS Access 2000 as its database. I can export reports that have no linked sub reports for printing. However, I'm unable to export reports that have linked subreports. I receive (a "Missing parameter field current value") on the following statement: Me.crReportDocument.Export() The main report requires 4 parameters. The linked reports do not require any...

In a Vista/IIS7 asp.net app, a coded crystal report export is crashing IIS7....but it works just fine in visual studio's cassini web server. And if I create a web form and use the crystal reports web viewer, view the report and then export from the viewer it also works fine (IIS7 and cassini). And I should note this all works fine in IIS6 on win2003 or in xp. So my thought with all this is that something is going on with IIS7, so...

About the time we installed Windows Server 2003 SP2 on our Web servers, our exports to Excel stopped working from Crystal Reports .NET within all our ASP.NET applications. However, the exports to pdf and Word still work. Is anyone else having this problem and have you found a resolution? We are using ..NET Framework 1.1. The web apps were created in Visual Studio 2003.

Reposted, originally posted in microsoft.public.vb.crystal which is not an MSDN managed newsgroup.... POST BELOW --------------------- We develop our applications and reports using Visual Studio 2008 with Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008. The same issue that's been around for years, where you export a report to PDF and during the export process, CR shrinks the fonts of text and field objects on the report.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
