(1) How do I perform a search for "word" and have it return every line
that this instance is found?
(2) How do I perform a search for "word" and "wordtwo" at the same time
to return every line these instances are found so that the order in
which these lines are in are left intact.
If there's another standard module more suited for this let me know,
and no I dont want to use sed :)

Any idea why in internet explorer the background color of the text:

has no dark brown background color (but in FF it does)?

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea if MS will support MMC snap-in development in
the managed env in VS2005( proper development and not the COM interop
solution )? whatever preview of VS 2005 that is available on the MS
site does not mention anything whether they'll support this.

I need to create an application - fairly basic news-ticker.
The app will consist of only one window, that needs to snap to
the top of the screen, filling up about 30 pixels in height and the
entire screens width.
Not only must my newsticker be the topmost window at all times,
but all "full screen" applications must have their tops aligned with
the bottom of my newsticker.

I need to scan a specific folder and it's subfolders for specific file types
for example, *.gif, *.jpg, *.png... and so forth.
Every time I find one of these files I will be dumping it and other info
into a DB.
Before I tackle this feat I figure there might be an existing routine out
there already.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? An hour of Google got me no

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
