Microsoft Direct animation Plz Help~

Hello Guys

im new in vb. i wish to do some animation in vb. i found the component called microsoft direct animation in the component list. daxctle.ocx. But i cant found any guide in msdn. is this component use to do animation? it have sequencer control, sprite control, structuregraphi c control and path control in it.
How do use it, can provide steps and infomation of it?
