NET How to stop pictures blurring

Div
Im not to confident with updating vb6 programs to the new vb NET so im
taking the long, safe way round and rewriting them - my pictures used
are made in paint and are very bad resolution to keep the size of the
files to a minimum , so when im making forms, im enlarging my pictures
- in vb6 this was fine but in vb NET they keep blurring and there are
reasons why it is imperitive they remain exactly as they are - help
me! how do i stop the blurring?

Almost everybody in this newsgroup is using VB6 or lower. While you may get a stray answer to VB.NET questions here, you should ask them in newsgroups devoted exclusively to .NET programming. Look for newsgroups with either the word "dotnet" or "vsnet" in their name.

For the microsoft news server, try these newsgroups...

microsoft.publi c.dotnet.genera l
microsoft.publi c.dotnet.langua ges.vb
microsoft.publi c.vsnet.general

There are some others, but these should get you started.

Hey all, I'm currently redesigning a website that a friend and I started about a year ago. It is a daily surf report so when choosing the best script/language to use for the new design, I found that a mixture of PHP and MySQL would be a good idea. I have currently set up OmniHTTPd and installed MySQL and PHP onto my homeserver. I want the site to be set up as follows: 1- I add the report, date and pictures (and amount of pictures...

Hi, XSLT files generated by Microsoft InfoPath applied to an applicable XML file produces quite decent HTML presentations. At least with Mozilla and, of course, IE 6.0 the results look the same as the original form in InfoPath. However, pictures which were included in an InfoPath form's RTF field before, are encoded in XHTML and embedded in the XML file as follows: <img style="WIDTH: 541px; HEIGHT: 330px" tabIndex="-1" height="330"...

I need to have a form that displays a group of 20 pictures in 4 rows of 5 pictures. The pictures are of people. Each Subject record has a picture field. I don't want to have a continuous form with 20 pictures in a row. (although if that were the case I would have finished already). The...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
