MS Access Icons available in VB6?

Trying to make the transition from VBA in MS Access 2000 to VB6. I
noticed that the icons for the command buttons in Access are
apparently not available in the VB6 environment. Am I missing
something? Can they be made available and if so, how would I do that?

Any suggested sites for icons for VB6 command buttions?

TIA

I typed in three words into the Google Group search
"Icon" "Library" "Free" (minus the quotes of course)

It returned 'Kabillions' of hits in about 0.25 seconds:

It took me longer to type this than for you to
do the searching...

Guys, Is there a way to change the icons for customised menus within access. The icons within Access itself are pretty plain and boring and I would like to spruce my application up a little with some nice icons I have. Any help greatfully appreciated. Richard Walters

I'm trying to look for the icons/images (New/Open/Save, Copy/Cut/Paste...) typically used in toolbars in Windows applications, such as MS Word. I'd appreciate if anyone can point me to a webpage that have those images. Thanks.

I want to display in a form all the icons of an icon file, that has icons with both 32bit colordepth and 24bit colordepth, simultaneously. I tried using ImageLists with different colordepth properties but the result was that the icons that were displayed were all 32bit palleted, having my systems' pallete set to 32bits and the 24bit ones were displayed only when my systems' pallete was set to 16bit. Is there a way to display all the...

Hi, I know that Windows comes with own icons and bitmaps for menus, toolbars, etc, which are compiled into ressource dlls. Is it possible to use these images into the own program and how do I do that? I suppose these images all have some name, which I would use to get the icon for let's say "New File" and put it on my apps toolbar... Is there some place with docs what images/icons are available and in which dll? Thanks for your replies.

The app is written in ASP.NET on the front end and runs against an Exchange 2003 back end. I am trying to make the app look as much like Outlook Web Access 2003 as possible. We've got the layout down and some of the niftier looking functions, but icons are...

VB.net 2003; MS Access db; Netframe 1.1 I wrote an Windows app for my last place of employment that opened and modified a couple of MS Access db files. I did most of my programming at home on Drive "C". And I used the Drag/Drop Data Items to create the Connection, DataSet and DataAdapters. The Access files were located on drives "P" and "S" at work, so I had VB.net installed on my work PC so I could change the drives in the...

The question is: Does anyone know how to read Windows Icons (.ico) from ASP.NET based on their MIME-Type and convert them to (.gif) I need a urgent answer to this. Thanks in anticipation!

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
