All,
I am trying to export a result set as an excel spread
sheet. Most of the time this works as expected, when a
user chooses to save as excel the browser pop-up a save as
dialog to allow the user to save the spreadshet with
a .xls name.
Some times the browser will open up the file as text file
within the bvrowser itself?

hi,
after reading some articles and faq,
i want to clarify myself what's correct(conform to standard) and
what's not?
or what should be correct but it isn't simply because compilers don't
support.
(first i compiled them with g++3.x. ERR means compiler will bark,
otherwise it does accept it. Then the Comeau C/C++ 4.3.3 comes)

Im creating a DTS Package. The source data will be coming from an excel file going to my SQL table. The DTS package is scheduled to execute daily, but the source data will be coming from different excel filename.
Example, today the DTS will get data from Data092506.xls. Then tomorrow, the data will be coming from Data092606.xls.

Hey everybody.
I have Access set up using VBA to run a bunch of queries automatically, and then export the results into Excel. The only problem is, I want each query to be exported to the same Excel File, but different worksheet.
What happens now is that a new Excel file is opened for each query (with the same name, as read-only) and then the data is imported into the correct worksheet number. I just need to figure out a way to have it...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
