I have an intermittent problem, when viewing a crystal report. This problem
only happens to some users and some report formats. When they try to view
the report in Microsoft Word format the system prompts them to login (User
name and Password). If they view it in PDF format they do not get the login
prompt. I do not get the login prompt at all. This problem occurs with

I'm new to crystal report and require a help urgently.
My requirement is something like this.
I have a main report from where I call 2 subreports,
say summary and details.
The main report has a group based on a certain column and say this
results in "n" distinct groups. The details of each group I'm getting
from a subreport.

i due course of my project i have come up with the need of dynamically
generating my crystal report as the input to the report is the
datatabale which is dynamic by nature and is constructed on the fly
when user make selection in a list box. The number of selection he
makes and the type of selection he makes define the structure of my

Hi All,
I have generated a crystal report by using C#.NET 2.0 by retrieving the data from MySQL 5.0 Database.
Here I am facing a problem of I am able to display all other datatype fields but I am unable to display DateTime Data Type fields. Why So?
Can any one help me in this regard.

I am having a crystal report(MyReport.rpt file) in a specified path (C:\MyReports\MyReport.rpt). I have to open this file when I click on a button on my widows application. But I don't want to use ReportViewr on my windows form. I have to load that file using ReportDocument and show without using any ReportViewer. Is it possible. Can any one help in this.
