I use following code to create a Crystal Report by
connecting to an access db in ASP. It works fine. Now I
switch to SQL Server and it doesn't work. It seems to me
there is nowhere I can add login information (userid and
password). Can someone help me or point me to somewhere I
can find sample code? Thanks in advance.

I need help with merging two Word documents into one through C#
code. The problem isn't so much getting the documents put into one as
it is maintaining the appropriate formatting, or rather reformating,
after the merge. This is a full description of my needs.
I have a C# class library that creates two Crystal Reports, and then
exports them to the harddrive as Word documents. One's orientation is
landscape, the other is portrait. I then...

Hello,
I need help. I have experience in ASP.NET programming, but this is my first
dealing with Crystal Reports. I'm trying to make the most basic report
purely for testing purposes: connect to the remote SQL DB and create a
report on one of the tables. Every time I do it, I get the Logon Failed
error (CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.LogOnException: Logon failed)
The internet search shows that this is a common problem,...

Hi,
I am developing an ASP.NET application which uses Crystal reports 9. It was
working fine. But later I installed the trial Crystal Report 11. After that
the generating of the reports gives the folowing error
"System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Not enough memory for
operation."
The change of version may not be the actual cause but I cant trace out what
other change I might have done to cause this.

Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
