Is there a way to detect a browser cache is full using javascript or
HTML thorugh a web page and inform the user to clear the cache to
improve performance of the website.
It looks like google's gmail use to detect and warn "Gmail says my
browser's cache is full"
http://gmail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=14106 then there
should be a way to do it if google can do it.
Any thoughts ?

We need a solution for a problem. We're designing a site where users hate...
absolutly hate... with a passion to sign in with a user name / password
system. They want to sign in once, and that's it.
User's are all behind an internal IP so we can't use the old method of
remembering IP's as that would mess up user preferences. We really don't

Windows NT 4. I am using Microsoft Visual Basic .NET
2003. The two things I am trying to do are as follows.
1. Set the User Cannot Change Password Checkbox.
2. Select the Account Disabled Checkbox.

Help! For some reason when I try to access the User Accounts on my Windows XP Professional computer, I get an error message that says, ""null" is null or not an object". What does this mean? I'm trying to get a list of user accounts on the local computer - the same
list you see when you are about to log in to Windows XP or Vista. This needs
to work on a home computer (not connected to a domain). It's for a parental
control app where I want the parent to be able to assign rules for each
child's account. I've tried using the Win32 API
LsaEnumerateAccountsWithUserRight with the SE_INTERACTIVE_LOGON_NAME

All users in my XP Professional PC were able to print to a network printer
