Hi
I created a VB.NET UserControl with a StatusStrip on it. This strip is
docked on the bottom!
I compiled it with COM Compatibilty, i.e. i want to use it also in an
activeX container.
ok, after that i started a new VB6 EXE-Programm, add this control with
the menu "insert control" to the toolbox, placed it on a form - great
it works !!!!!
But, when i make a late binding with this control, i.e.
createobject("N ETCTL.CTL") then the Statustrip of the usercontrol is
invisible !!!!!!!!!!! When i set the DOCK-Property of the StatusStrip
to "none" then is it visible. It has nothing to do with the statusstrip
control itself, as soon as i set the DOCK-property from a control to
another value as "none" then this control is invisible during late
binding !!!!!!!!!!!!
Strange, isnt' it

I created a dotnet 1.1 page with a literal control. I used a
streamreader to open a text file to fill the control. I filled the
control on page load.
When viewing the page in IE 6.0, sometimes the literal control did not

Hi all,
Ive got a form with several controls which contain date fields. I'm usng the
activex calender control as a separate floating form, I would like to be
able to click onto any of the date fields and use the calender to drop a
date into it.
So far, I've managed to drop the date selected from the calener, into a
specified control, and requery the control to display the newly added date.
Works fine using the rs object.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
