I have never written a line of script in my life but I need some help with
it now.
I have this auto generated code which I want to modify if possible
The script generates a strip of thumbnails, and works quite well execpt that
on dial up it is unbearably slow. The Thumbnails themselves are only 10kb
but the total of them is a lot larger. and it appears to need to load them
all before it will display any.

Hi Everyone,
I've started a new job and my first task is to find a fix for the
following problem:
When users visit our main login page (4 frames), one of the frames
(1-3) will not load. In other words, some frames load, others don't.
The status bar will say that a page is loading, but it will go on
forever and the page will never load. There are no errors showing. If
the entire page is refreshed, everything appears normal and will work

How come my browser, namely ie6, can reload(or load from favourites) a
frameset and remember which documents were loaded into the frames
without a query string?
I need to capture this in javascript so I can make sure my frames are
inside the correct frameset yet still allowing users to load up with a
particularly favourite doc.
This is not done using a query string, or does not appear to be, so
how is it done?
For example I load a...

Does anyone know how to suppress the "busy"/hourglass cursor that
appears when a frame/iframe is loading, as in the g() functon below:
<SCRIPT>
function g() {
if ( Math.floor(Math.random()*2) == 1 )
frames.location.href = "http://www.yahoo.com";
else
frames.location.href = "http://games.yahoo.com";
}

sequence of when each gets loaded.
<SCRIPT FOR="window" EVENT="onLoad">
var tmp = "where are you";

First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
