Hello,
I recently wrote a survey application. Each question is very similar.
The first questions gives me a problem when there are multiple people
taking the survey (The Database connection Timed out) I am using the
Data Access Application Blocks as ASP.NET (using VB.NET) and SQL 2000.
In there first question there can be up to 27 answers. So I figured

I'm trying to make text invisible on a web page. Right now I'm setting
<font color=#ffffff>. This works good when the window color is white,
which is the default for most windows installations. But when more
advanced useers change their window background color then the white
text shows up. Is there some way to do the equivelent of; <font
color=getSystemProperties(windowColor)>? So no matter what color the
user sets his window to the text...

I am using an Access2K front end to a MYSQL database. If I enter a new
record in a continuous form the record appears as #deleted as soon as I move
to a different record in the form until I requery the form. After the
requery the records are in different order to the order that they may be
entered in.
The record does not seem to be assigned an ID (autonumber ID field) until
after it is requeried.

another. Once a form submit button is pressed java pops up a window and

In my page I reload JavaScript. When it is reloading the cursor change to
"wait" (hourglass). After javascript loaded it does not change back to the
"hand" if cursor stay on hyperlinks.
How can I turn off changing cursor to "wait" (hourglass) is javascript is

Hi All,
I have this strange problem. I am user of two different database (both are same version 9i). I created a procedure and within this procedure i used a cursor to select the values, this is working very fine.
When i copy this procedure in other database and try to run the procedure, the procedure runs successful, but the cursor does not populate the values, when i run the query written in the cursor, query returns the correct values....

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
