Boki,

I have seen you asking much questions in this newsgroup.
I did first not know you was busy with WinCe so it was confusing.

Now you are telling this everytime so that is clear.

However most people for WinCE go probably to the very fine newsgroup.

microsoft.publi c.dotnet.framew ork.compactfram ework

I give you there much more change on questions if they are real winCE
related.

I hope this helps,

Cor

I know this must seem totally basic and stupid, but I cannot find any reference that describes how to control the spacing between <p>...</p> and <div>...</div> blocks. When I implement these on a page, there is a huge gap (like 3/8 inch or 25 px) between them. This is driving me bananas. What the hey am I missing? dh ------------------------------------------------ Dan Hansen ------------------------------------------------

I have a table rendered with XSLT. The first column has a radio button controls for user to make a selection for a particular row. All the values in the remaining columns are all concated with a &#xA0; (blank). I need to retieve the text in each cell of that row if the radio button on that row is clicked. Each <TD> has a numeric ID so that I can use it with document.getElementById().innerText method. I use Javascript to assign some...

I have a web site called HintsAndTips.com. On this site people post tips using a very simply webform with a multi line TextBox for inputing the tip text. This text is encode to HTML so that no tags will remain making the page safe (I have to convert the linefeeds to <BR>s because the Server.EncodeHTML does not do that it seems). The problem is that users can use a special tag when editing the top to specify an area of the tip that will...

I am stuck on this. It ought to be a simple reason as to why this is problematic, in that it works on smaller groups of data (say under 40 records), but doesn't on larger groups of records (40+). I'm displaying 9 columns in a datagrid, and have a radiobutton at the top of the page that says Web, Excel & Word. Web is selected by default. If you click one of the other two buttons, this code is executed: Private Sub...

Since the include function is called from within a PHP script, why does the included file have to identify itself as a PHP again by enclosing its code in <?php... <?> One would assume that the PHP interpreter works like any other, that is, it first expands all the include files, and then parses the resulting text. Can anyone help with an explanation? Thanks, M. McDonnell

Something that I recently noticed in IE6 (I don't know whether it is true for other browsers or versions of IE) is that it renders <br/and <br></br> differently. With the <br/version, which is what most people use when they write static code (some people use <br>, but with xhtml you are required to close all tags), IE6 simply breaks to the next line like it is supposed to. However, with <br></br>, which is what is sometimes generated by...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
