Hi,
Is it possible to disble horizontal scrolling using CSS? I want to try
and use two backgrounds, one tiling vertically and part of the body
background, which will not force scrolling, but one that will be part
of a table stretching of to the right, which will force unwanted
horizontal scrolling. How is this written in the stylesheet?...

I am currently using (and loving) Lebans MouseWheelOnOff (v22). My
problem is that if the user clicks an option box suddenly the
mousewheel allows scrolling on the form again. This is causing the
record behind the form to change.
Does anyone know how to control this?

can someone please tell me if you can disable the scroll button for a
dropdownlist. For example, when you select an item in a dropdownlist and it
still has focus and you accidently hit scroll wheel on your mouse the
selected item changes.

There are references to using the wndproc form sub to trap and swallow the
mousewheeel events - but they don't get there when a combobox (or many other
controls) has the focus.. Yet the MSDN does suggest this is a way to stop
the mousewheel scrolling a combobox
anyone know the REAL answer???
