I am running Excel2000 under WIN98 2nd edition, and I am writing a VBA
code (I will consider using javascript if I have to) that does the
following, at the user command:
1- Start MS Explorer and go to my website. Login (enter ID and
Password)
2- It will go and update some prices of some products that I sell
3- It will add new products or cancel some product
I already have someone who wrote me in JavaScript a web form (no

I have a requirement, where a user will click on a button, and the Email new
message window will open up. The app will fill in the To: column from a
database.
I have gotten it to work, by using
Dim sEmail As String = "mailto:"
sEmail = sEmail & _
"user1@some.com;user2@some.com"
HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect(sEmail)

my asp.net app is posting to another webpage using httpwebRequest &
x509Certificates and in return the certificate's name used for the posting is
sent back. But instead of getting information about the cert returned I'd get
no information message.
I know my certificate is valid because when I manually type the address my
app is posting to in IE it would return the client certificate's name used in
my users personal store.
So...

Hi
I have the two funcions below, login_web that posts data to a webpage and
fcn_parseviewstate that parses the viewstate data for the post.
I have a problem with the strPostData, I have been testing this using a HTTP
Debugging Proxy, when I post the page manually using a browser it posts the
below data and is successful, if I copy this data into strPostData and post
it using the code below it posts successfully:

Hi,
I want to login to a password protected website and fetch the content of the
page behind. I have based my code on
http://weblogs.asp.net/jdennany/archive/2005/04/23/403971.aspx. When I use
tools like ieHTTPHeaders v1.6, and I perform a normal login (using the
normal website), I see that the viewstate is
__VIEWSTATE=dDwxMzU4OTE3NTA2Ozs%2BTK88jS63JXN181X3N8zKivua8co%3D&txt_username=xxx&txt_password=xxxxxx&btn_login=Login.

Hi,
I'm trying to login to the www.vodafone.ie website using
HttpWebRequest.
It works fine with IE/Firefox and the .NET Web Control too, just not
with my code.
I think it's a redirect 302 problem.
I'm using this code in a ASP.NET 2.0 application just in case that
matters,
maybe someone knows a better way to do this?

Hi,
Is there a way to essentially simulate populating a text box and
calling a submit button on a webpage? I want to write an app that
gets a users information from a website and then uses that to get
information from another site. The first site requires a log in.
Thanks for any advice that gets me in the right direction.
Thanks.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
