Can anyone make a recommendation on a .Net spell check component. There are
a few on the market. I am wondering if anyone has experience with any and
can make a recommendation.
The spell check will be used server side for checking spelling on ASP.NET
forms.

Hello All,
I'm looking for recommendations on commercial-grade spell check components,
and was hoping you might have some good advice for me...
So far I've seen ComponentOne, RapidSpell, and Aspose, so I was wondering if
there was a general preference for one of these three, or perhaps another
one that I haven't discovered yet. Advice, comments & recommendations will
be much appreciated!

This is a query regarding my problem to make a spell and
grammar check possible in text area of a web page.
We have aspx pages which are used to construct letters.
The browser based screens provide text area where the user
can insert big chunks of text and submit it all to the
server paragraph by paragraph.
The requirement is to do a Spell Check AND Grammar Check

I have an app that captures text entry from
the user and stores it in an SQL DB. I want
to make sure that the text is spelt correctly
using a spell checked; possibly the one
included in MS Office. Does anyone have
any suggestions as to how I can use the

Users need to be able to spell check data entry in web pages.
They might decide they want to spell check medical terminology also.
Has anyone done this with a good outcome?

We are using Microsoft Word's spell check functionality in one of our web
pages based on the requirement. We are using Microsoft PIA assemblies to
interact with Word. The problem is we can not install Word on Web Server.
I woud prefer not to go to any other third party components. Would it be

I am trying use HTML Editor (a wrapper on MSHTML COM component) is
there any way I can implement a spell check in this component I want
it should support all facilities available with word like a spell
checker dialog along with wavy lines which should be enabled when any
bad word is typed in the html editor along with the context menu to

I am trying to quickly find a simple, inexpensive, spell checking
component for a .NET v1.1 WinForms app. We do not need an entire suite
of components at this time since the app is finished, all that's left
is the spell checker.

read the post below on using spell check. I was wondering if there was a
way to tap into the Word spell check that shows the underlined spelling

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
