I am quite frustrated with php’s include, as I have spent a ton of
time on it already... anyone can tell me why it was designed like this
(or something I don’t get)?
The path in include is relative NOT to the immediate script that is
including it, but is relative to the top-level calling script.
In practice, this means that you have to constantly worry and adjust
paths in includes, based on the startup scripts that call these...

While trying to print a none empty list, I accidentaly put an "else"
statement with a "for" instead of "if". Here is what I had:
if ( len(mylist)> 0) :
for x,y in mylist:
print x,y
else:
print "Empty list"
which was supposed to be:

There seems to be a fair amount of discussion concerning flow control
enhancements lately. with, do and dowhile, case, etc... So here's my
flow control suggestion. ;-)
It occurred to me (a few weeks ago while trying to find the best way to
form a if-elif-else block, that on a very general level, an 'also'
statement might be useful. So I was wondering what others would think
of it.

says under 6.4.2(2) :
case constant-expression :
I propose that the case expression of the switch statement
be changed from "integral constant-expression" to "integral expression".

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
