What do you recommend to use for saving time and get great results for

SiteMapProvider (the same way the menu, breadcrumbs and treeview do in
2.0)??
I'm looking for www.amazon.com style tabbed navigation, but something that

I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I want to monitor where a user navigates to in IE, and I've found code that will do this beautifully for the first tab in an IE7 browser.
