That's not supported. You can choose another theme to make the scrollbars
appear in a different style.

I don't know what you mean by style. But here is a piece of code for setting
and changing the properties of the scrollbar. Moreover, you can have another
control (say a label control) that moves or reacts to the relative position
of the scrollbar.

Private Sub ScrollBar_React ion(......)

ScrollBar1.Size = New Size(25, Me.ClientSize.H eight)

ScrollBar1.Loca tion = New Point(Me.Client Size.Width - 25, 0)

Label1.Location =New Point(0, (Me.ClientSize. Height -
Label1.Height)* ScrollBar1.Valu e / 100)

End Sub

For a card playing game I constructed a layout of 49 playing cards (size of each: x=71, y=96) which are arranged in a 7X7 matrix side by side. Accordingly the pysical size of the Canvas is x=71*7, y=96*7: in the main program: canvas=QCanvas(497,672) class Board(QCanvasView): def __init__(self,canvas,parent): QCanvasView.__init__(self,canvas,parent)

Hi, (also posted in netscape.public.mozilla.browser) i use netscape 7 and want to hide the scrollbars of the window when something happens. I tried this: window.scrollbars.visible=false window.scrollbars.visibility="no" .... nothing works Is it also possible only to hide the vertical scrollbar instead of both?

Okay, you are all so smart in here. Answer me this: IE6 in standards mode doesn't seem to hide scrollbars on the body element (overflow:hide) Ain't this a quandary. I have it in my head that I need to specify html instead. The scrollbars do hide on Gecko browsers though, so there is definitely a disagreement among browser developers on how to implement scrollbars (as a side note, Gecko browsers with their notoriously bug-ridden...

Hello, I have a form that submits it's values to a pop-up window. I've simplied the code: <form name="formname" action="action.php" target="windowName" method="post" onsubmit="window.open('', this.target, 'dialog,modal,scrollbars=yes,resizable=no,width=300,height=200,left=362,top=284');">

I´m new to ASP.Net. My workmate has some experience with it. He claimed that in ASP.Net working with frames is much simpler than it was ASP. I asked explanation but he couldn't give me such. (a button inside a-tag with attribute target isn't anything new relating ASP.Net, its same old HTML). He claimed that you could change another page´s controls´s property´s value from another frame by using this method: ' Page "Bottom"

Does anyone know what would cause a popup with scrollbars=1 to suddenly lose its scrollbars? I have a popup from window.open (....scrollbars=1..) and it used to be a normal window that would have it scrollbars. Now, at least on some machines, not all, the scrollbars are nor present. The user has to click on the screen and drag the mouse to move the webpage down. Any ideas? Thank you for any help.

With all the skinning possibilities of asp.net 2.0 I am surprised that I cannot (easily) change the colour of a controls scrollbars/border or a dropdownlist's arrow. I realise that I may have to do this via javascript, if it is possible, can anyone help me? I have found a way to chaange the scrollbars (see below) but not the drop down arrows nor borders:

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this bug. 'Basically, I want to be able to change the properties of a frame after the properties have been defined. E.g. turn scrolling from "no" to "yes"

Hi guys. I have a mouse event on my frame that enlarges the size of a JPanel that in on a JScrollPane. When the JPanel's size changes, the JScrollPane's scrollbars don't "refresh" ie. their max values don't get bigger, so you can't scroll to see rest of the entire bigger JPanel anymore. Any ideas? I'm not asking to change the physical size of the scrollbars, I want to change the max values (at least that's what I think you'd call it) of the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
