We have an application to where you can select/deselect all checkboxes
in a checkbox array by clicking a 'master' checkbox at the top of the
screen. This seems to work fine unless there is only one checkbox
(these are dynamically generated). Why does this fail? If I do an
alert(field_to_check.length) with 1 element in the array like this I
get 'Undefined'. Is this because this datatype is not an array if
there is only 1 element here? ...

Hi There,
I am hoping somebody can point me in the right direction - I have
created an ASP page which creates a list of all documents in a given
folder (testfolder in the root). (Code is pasted below)
What I would like to do is create a form checkbox after each file link,
how would I create this so that a new unique checkbox is created for
each individual file.
Could anybody give me any pointers please

I'm using the following code for a checkbox that when clicked, either
checks or unchecks a group of checkboxes on a form. The code works
fine, except when there is only one checkbox in the group in which case
the check all checkbox doesn't work at all.
The code working with three checkboxes in a group is as follows, but
remove two of the three and you will see the code stops working:
