Ray,
Any "link" would only be established by DeveloperDex. A newsgroup server is
a web service which uses the NNTP protocol and anybody is free to gather up,
store and post messages to a newsgroup using any software that conforms to
the protocol. You can write an app yourself in VB if you want.
You can read the microsoft.publi c.dotnet.langua ges.vb messages from any of
hundreds of news servers around the world. If they don't forward the
messages properly or have filters in place or limited storage you'll get
varying results.
In short check with DeveloperDex.

I have sent posting to this newsgroup, and notice that if it's answered on
developerdex, the posting is removed from this newsgroup forcing me to
goto develoersdex. Why is this?
