MVP? LVP? What's better? :)

Looking throught definition of LVP in my post about Vs2003 bug, I offer to
assign a category to the others, not only MVP.
For example:

RYB - Rock Your Body programmer
BIO - Bring It On programmer
FBI - Found By Iteration programmer
CIA - Caught In Action programmer

.... and the beat goes on! :)

Nope. Well, I usually develop in 2002 and then convert and build under
..Net 1.1
Maybe it makes sense to reinstall Vs.2003, but I won't :)
Anyway, thanks for help.

Hi Maniaque,

Lets repeat what you do,
You open the Ide,
you have the taskview in the right tabbar from the IDE
you click on that tasklist V tab it opens
then you click on that little punaise in top right and the pin goes down
you bring your mouse back to the main screen
the tasklist window closes

Is that the scenario?

Erm, not actually.
Open Ide
Make the Tasks window visible (View -> Other windows...)
Then I dock it to the bottom (near "Output" window)
Right click the caption and select "Auto Hide"
Move the mouse to the code
Type some code
Then I press F5 and at the bottom of IDE I see only Output window
To see Tasks again, I should repeat it again, and it's dumbs me.

Well, I can put up some screenshots at Monday :)

Several months ago I started a thread with the title "What is/is not considered to be good OO programming" which started a long and interesting discussion. What's better about Ruby than Python? I'm sure there's something. What is it? This is not a troll. I'm language shopping and I want people's answers. I don't know beans about Ruby or have any preconceived ideas about it. I have noticed, however, that every programmer I talk to who's aware of Python is also talking about Ruby. So it...

Hello Esteemed Developers and Experts, I have been using Microsoft Visual C++ .NET for 1 year. During this time, I have searhed some topics over internets. Most of the topics about .NET is related to C# and Visual Basic .NET. There are less documents about Visual C++ .NET or Managed C++. I wonder the reasons of below questions: 1) Is C#...

Just tried Ruby over the past two days. I won't bore you with the reasons I didn't like it, however one thing really struck me about it that I think we (the Python community) can learn from. Ruby has ... an issue with docs. That is to say, there are almost none. Well, actually, there are some. For example, the "PickAxe" book (google it),...

Hi all, We have an administrative application that we are considering to rewrite in aspx with vb2005. I think the marketing possibilities are enourmous. In our standard app, the user logs in by entering his/her user name and password. In the online version that would be Client ID / user ID / Password. So far so good. But I'm just...
