What's the meaning of Dutch in "The Zen of Python"

Hello,

Does anyone know what's the meaning of Dutch in "The Zen of Python"?
Thanks in advance

Beautiful is better than ugly.
Explicit is better than implicit.
Simple is better than complex.
Complex is better than complicated.
Flat is better than nested.
Sparse is better than dense.
Readability counts.
Special cases aren't special enough to break the rules.
Although practicality beats purity.
Errors should never pass silently.
Unless explicitly silenced.
In the face of ambiguity, refuse the temptation to guess.
There should be one-- and preferably only one --obvious way to do it.
Although that way may not be obvious at first unless you're Dutch.
Now is better than never.
Although never is often better than *right* now.
If the implementation is hard to explain, it's a bad idea.
If the implementation is easy to explain, it may be a good idea.
Namespaces are one honking great idea -- let's do more of those!

Python was invented by a Dutchman. Don't let the name "Guido" fool you;
he is from the Netherlands.

That's an oblique reference to Guido van Rossum, Python's author, who
happens to be Dutch.

I want to give users the power to edit files from an easy interface, so I create a form and a PHP script called "fileUpdate". It does a reasonable about of error checking and prints out some errors. It uses fileperms() to get the permissions of the file, and it includes that info in any error message. Today I'm getting the following error message. I've used SmartFtp to go in and set the test file's permissions to 777, but in this error...

In Harbison and Steele's text (fourth edition, p.111) it is stated, The C language does not specify the range of integers that the integral types will represent, except ot say that type int may not be smaller than short and long may not be smaller than int. Hi; A friend of mine is publishing a book that includes 3000 citations, many with urls. When he made his bibliography he chopped off the "http://"s off of his urls. I wrote a program to parse out his urls and put them into a dummy HTML page to take advantage of the free online link checkers. I made two page. One where I made sure every url had "http://www."

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
