I have search googles and there are hundreds of tips about
AllowByPassKey... however, none works for me... well, perhaps I am too
new to such high level functionality that it just does not make sense
to me. So, anyone please help. I have no idea what is
"CreateProperty" that Access help was trying to tell me to do. Can
anyone please write me a step by step on how to accomplish this?
(i.e. disable Shift on Startup.) I've seen many...

Hi,
In recently recieved some excellent advice which ebnabled me to make a form
behave as a spreadsheet with respect to the down and up arrow keys. To
develop this further I would like the right and left arrow to move to the
next or previous tab control. DoCmd.GotoRecord,,AcNext does the business
for down, but nowhere can I find a 'docmd go to next tab' or words to that
effect!!!
Any ideas?

Hi i'm trying to disable the shift key from allowing users to access
the design view. I've done a search in groups and know i need to
somehow do AllowBypassKey.
Everywhere i look there is code and answers that dont seem to work or
make sense. I want to set the bypass key to be a combination of shift +
B.
Please could someone detail the code and let me know exactly where to
place it and how to get it to run.

I was looking through some source code and noticed the used of the C# <<
operator. Why is this being used here and under what circumstances is an
left-shift operator useful.
internal enum InterestLevel
{
Ignore = 0,
Display = 1<<0,
Interesting = 1<<1,
Parents = 1<<2,

I'd like to detect the shift key when a button is "clicked" in
Firefox/Mozilla. If the button is clicked with the mouse, no problem.
However, if the onclick event is keyboard originated, then my method is
not working. Same thing for SELECT elements.
The simple web page below shows the issue. Click with the mouse while
holding down the shift key, and the Shift key's status registers.
However, use Shift+Alt+o, or either (while the...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
