Hi all,
For a project I m working on I am looking for a database with all current
car-makes & models from post-WII till now.
With all the car websites around I am sure this information should be
available somewhere so that I can import it into my MySQL database, but I
simply can't find it.

If a user has permissions to add and delete rows from a table i.e. adding
and removing items from an order what is to stop a malicious user changing
the product code in the form and then adding to or removing items to/from
another user's order ?
How do we ensure that the rows the user is editing are rows the user has
permission to edit ?

I want to know if it's possible to call, within my cgi page, using
javascript, a remote url and get the result without changing my actual
page.
To say more, I have a page result appaired to the customer. And I want
to call, during this, a remote server to send the result of the
operation (ok/nok).
I don't want to use 'window.open' because it can be blocked by the
browser (pop-up).

methods have replaced the Database / Workspace / TableDef collections in
Access XP. I've tried asking this question before, quite some time ago, but
have been told "Just throw in a reference to DAO and away you go". That's
not the answer I'm looking for.

I've been working with this PHP page for several days now and I'm stumped. The page is supposed to allow the user to upload up to six images for their profile. When the user adds an image it (the page coding) does verify file size, if correct it places it on the server in the users folder and with the correct names and extension, creates the thumbnail and adds the correlating file name.
