Trying to change the visible property on a command button (access97) based
on a record felid on the form.
The felid is a check box felid and I am trying to make the button disappear
with the check box s checked.
The commend button name is command36 and the check bx feild is named .

I would like to use a command line switch to open an Access 2K database
that is secured with a simple password (not full blown workgroup
security). The /pwd and /user switches seem to be geared for the
workgroup security group approach. Is there a simple command line switch
that I can use for my purposes? I don't see anything in the help
documentation.

Hello
I would like to transmit commands from a Data Access Page to my access
database.
The user see a link or button in his HTML page ; he clics and the result
should be to transmit to the Access DB something like a macro or VBA sub,
ordering for example "DoCmd.OPENREPORT ...", or export a query to XML, or
something lik that.
I am afraid it is impossible, but I am not very expert in DAPs, I still
hope.

Hello all. I have a database that I use to send email updates to
people. Everything is working fine, but one suggestion I keep getting
is to add a link to the automatic emails that will open up the
database, then open to the correct form and record. I can write a
simple macro to open a form and a specific record, but what I can't
figure out is how can I get that speciic record number in a command
line link?

E.g: if ( surName == "abc") then open table Table_Abc
if ( surName == "qaz") then open table Table_Qaz
i will have a lot of surnames, so tables needs to be opened accordingly.

I have a Command Buton using some VB code to open an Excel spreadsheet.
However, when the spreadsheet opens it doesn't refresh the data. The spreadsheet is a pivot table which obtains data from the Access database and I have set the refresh on open option in the pivot table options.
Am i missing something in the code ?

I need help, I have been stuck for a few days on this one. I am trying to open an excel table from a command button in Access. The excel table has an auto_open macro, that is supposed to run everytime I open excel.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
