Hi everyone,
I am on site and have a huge issue I need an answer to ASAP. I have a
Touch screen application. This app has a bbrower with 1 cell that is
editable. Because it is a touch screen, when the user needs to type in
a 2 digit number, once they touch the first pushbutton, I need to grab
the contents, and reset the focus to that editable cell so they can
punch in the 2nd digit. I am having a problem finding a 'Setfocus'
Method for the cell class in bbrowser. Anyone have any suggestions to
handle this in an easier way or know what the 'Setfocus' function is.
I want the cell to act like a keyboard is putting in a 2-digit number,
but because the focus changes when they push the number button, the
cell loses focus and I can't figure out how to get it back. I know
you all are out there right now, please, please help me. Sorry to
beg, but I'm in a spot.
Thank you all for your attention,
Lynn Coggshall 1 1369
Your question is off-topic for this database group. I suggest you post this
question to a group related to client technology/language you are using.

Hope this helps.

I need some help programmatically causing a row in a DataGrid to "flush"
its contents to its bound data (in Visual Studio 6 using Windows Forms
with C#).
My issue is I want to send an update to a database from a menu command
while the user is editing a DataGrid. This is unusual in regard to
examples and normal practice in that the cell of the DataGrid still has
the focus. In all examples I can find, the user normally presses a
button on...

Hello,
I have a databound datagridview, its allowed to add, remove and edit
I type a value in (in new row), it uses e.cancel = true to invalidate the cell .. and does not let focus go away, but when the focus is in the cell (after invalidating) I click anywhere on form (focus still stays in cell) and then press escape .. and the row does not delete itself, it just blanks out.
This is wrong behaviour, as it should delete. (which it does...

Hi,
There is a tab control on a page with multiple tabs and handful of
controls in each tab. The way it's rendered in html (like grid etc..)
is in table format in tablerows and cells.
On clientside, on form validation in javascript, I would like to set
focus on to one of the tabs
and set the focus to the control on that tab.

ok - assume i have a table, the contents of which are dynamic. there
can be any number of rows in this table - somewhere between 50 and 500
would be the range. in each row - there can be any number of td's.
the relative 'width' of a td in a tr is specified by a td's...

Before AJAX, we were able to focus a cell in a gridview during a
fullpage postback. After putting the gridview inside an UpdatePanel,
we cannot focus a cell in this gridview anymore. Does anybody know if
it is possible to make such focus? Thanks!

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
