Hot to inser row in a table

Hi
I am new memeber of this forum and I already got some answers so congrat on that

jere is my question

I have to add 2 new rows in a table in mysql and I do not know hot to do that

I should do that

Insert two rows into your gl_stories table of your database:
"meta_descripti on" with a type of text, NULL
"meta_keywo rds" with a type of text, NULL
