where can i get SAP Business Database?

I am making an attempt to realize information on business edges and design of HANA with Hadoop. Any ideas/ info around this area?

What ar the choices for connecting/integrating SAP HANA to Hadoop?

What is the distinction between SAP hana technology and Cloudera's Hadoop?

Hadoop is that the base for large knowledge analytics. HANA could be a platform with inherent capabilities for faster and economical process for large knowledge and real time knowledge analytics.

Business typically use Hadoop and HANA as a mixture. it is vital to create the business case for Hadoop as a result of Hadoop is troublesome, associate degreed group action Hadoop with an analytical engine like HANA is troublesome.

Hadoop is thought for its large data processing capabilities on giant datasets. Hadoop will store terribly Brobdingnagian quantity of knowledge. it's similar temperament for storing unstructured knowledge, is nice for manipulating terribly giant files and is tolerant to hardware and software package failures.

But the most challenge with Hadoop is obtaining info out of this Brobdingnagian knowledge in real time.
HANA is similar temperament for process knowledge in real time, because of its in-memory technology.
By group action Hadoop’s large data processing and HANA’s in-memory computing capabilities the resultant resolution would be capable of
Accommodation of each structured and un-structured knowledge.
Provision of value economical knowledge storage and process for big volumes knowledge.
Computation of complicated information science.
Enabling heavily algorithmic algorithms, machine learning and queries that can't be simply expressed in SQL
Low worth knowledge Archive stays offered, tho' access is slower.
Mine data that's either schema-less or wherever schema changes over time.

Perhaps you database guru able to suggest what would be a good choice for opensource database platform to use to develop projects. At the moment the project is small/medium, but it will grow in size both data, users, and number of transactions. I'm using MySQL for right now but it lack of trigger, stored procedures, etc ... it sometimes slows the project. Is PostgreSQL any better/worse? Or is that any other choice beside the two?...

Hey all: I know that it is silly in the age of Google to 'lose' something on the internet, but I recently checked out a project that had implemented a database with a subset of SQL in pure client-side javascript. I forgot to bookmark it, and now I can't find it. Anyone?

I am coming from other programming tools field, and new to VB .NET. Just wondering what is the common approaching in database programming in VB .NET? 1) Are you guru always using the data aware controls to bound the database ? OR 2) Create separate data object/layer to access backend database and link to the front end ? ie. front <--> business <--> database <--> backend end object layer database

Hello. I have got a MySQL 4.1 that we use wit vBulletin.... We had a crash last week and I've been able to restore the data up to September 2005 as it stands. Now, I'm under the impression I could rebuild the data from the logs but I cannot seem to figure out how to do that based on the tools and instructions posted.

I am no PHP programmer. At my current job I made it known that I was no PHP programmer during the interview. Still they have given me a script to write with the understanding that it will take me a while (This information is just for general knowledge as I don't want anyone thinking I am trying to be dishonest with my intentions. Also, I do not portray myself as something I am not. I am a beginner.) Anyway, what the script needs to do is...

On my machine in the office I change the computer setting to English (UK) so the date format is dd/mm/yyyy instead of mm/dd/yyyy for US. This problem happens in either Access or SQL Server. In the database I have a table with Date/time column. The database is located on a machine that is set to dd/mm/yyyy also. When I enter date 7/1/08 (as in January 7, 2008), it stores it in the database as 1/7/08 instead of 7/1/08. Why is it like that...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
